For the last 10 years, I have been working in the M&A space, supporting sellers of financial planning firms to achieve their best exit route. Working with the FS Legal team, we started and grew a leading brokerage combining both M&A services with legal advice pre and post-sale. As head of operations, I continuously developed our offering to best serve financial planning firm owners as they embarked upon the high-stakes journey of exit and succession.


I am an Exit Partner here at The Exit Partnership. I educate, guide, and support a client from the conception of the sale to completion. My passion for helping to secure the best outcomes for clients with a highly personalised approach and a lot of fun along the way is encouraged as we work tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes emotionally and financially.

Sellers lack access to truly unbiased support, from those who have ‘walked-the-walk’. As part of this well-rounded team, we work in unison to support every seller we come across whatever stage they are at in their journey. With my legal background and extensive experience in this space, I am now proud to be able to offer sellers so much more.


Being part of one of the leading M&A consultancies in this niche space, I will continue to learn, grow and develop personally and with this ambitious team. Our mission is to support as many firms as we can with our thorough delivery of bespoke exit and succession plans. Whilst we can’t work with all firms, we can educate the many, and I am now working on further educational content to help demystify the acquisition landscape and empower sellers through knowledge.
