Past
Working for Zurich in the adviser support team for 12 years gave me a great insight into the financial advisory landscape, and allowed me to help advisers deliver the best service to their clients. During this time, I qualified as an executive assistant, so my strengths lie in managing processes and the diaries of directors, as well as working with advisers.
Present
I am now executive assistant to Victoria. This leans on all my previous experience in working with and coordinating advisers. I also take the ‘grunt work’ from Victoria’s desk so she can focus more of her time and efforts on the sellers she is working with.
Future
The future is incredibly exciting. The team here regularly receive such great feedback from the firms we support. Fully committed to The Exit Partnership and with plans in place to sit on the board, we are constantly reviewing how we work and how we can keep improving.
